- Managed virtual and physical networks and systems supporting day-to-day operations.
- Developed and managed two interconnected recording/broadcasting studios in Toronto, Canada, and Washington state, USA.
- Created and supported a custom wide area network (WAN) enabling real-time audio/video communication and worldwide broadcasting.
- Implemented a hybrid virtual/physical network through Microsoft Azure, replacing individually controlled computers and networks.

Planned Development Services is now one of the largest HOA management companies in the Phoenix area, Arizona. I contributed to the company’s growth from 5 office employees and 1 location to over 70 employees and 3 locations.
- Oversaw the technical infrastructure during rapid company expansion.
- Migrated to a fully managed Active Directory environment and implemented Microsoft Exchange server.
- Implemented server-based Microsoft backup technology for comprehensive data protection.
- Established a fiber-based wide area network (WAN) across all 3 office locations, facilitating seamless communication.
- Deployed a Shoretel phone system and customized a call center environment for enhanced customer support.
