Since the age of 19, I’ve honed my creative problem-solving skills, which have proven to be invaluable throughout my journey in various management roles while remaining actively involved in day-to-day user support.
In my role as an IT Manager at Planned Development Services, I played a pivotal part in the company’s impressive growth from a small team to a thriving organization with multiple locations. I oversaw the technical infrastructure during rapid expansion, implemented cutting-edge solutions such as a fully managed Active Directory environment and a fiber-based WAN, fostering seamless communication across all offices.
My time as the Director of IT at Proctor Gallagher Institute allowed me to work closely with Chairman Bob Proctor, where I managed both virtual and physical networks, and developed interconnected recording/broadcasting studios in Toronto and Washington state. My expertise in building a hybrid virtual/physical network enabled real-time audio/video communication and worldwide broadcasting, facilitating the delivery of high-quality programs globally.
Throughout my journey, I’ve honed an extensive skill set encompassing Network Administration, Windows Server Administration, Cloud Computing, Network Security, Audio-Video Recording, and Broadcasting, among others.
